The Zionsville real estate market saw a 17.3-percent increase in the total number of homes sold in November versus the previous month. But this is down nearly 13 percent compared to last November’s total of 31.
Total Zionsville pending sales also fell 27.2 percent, from 33 in October to just 24 in November. Even compared to last November’s total of 29 pending sales this is a 17.2-percent decrease.
Whereas there were 4.1 percent fewer Indianapolis houses for sale in November compared to the previous month the Zionsville real estate market went the opposite direction as there were 298 homes on the market in November versus the previous month’s total of 296. Compared to November of 2010, when there were 294 homes listed for sale in Zionsville Indiana this is a very slight 1.4-percent increase.
Some other pertinent facts:
- Over the past 12 months there have never been fewer than 23 homes sold in Zionsville. Home sales reached a 15-month high of 54 in June, 2011.
- Total pending sales reached a 15-month high of 52 in May, 2011.
- Since reaching a 12-month high of 331 the total number of homes listed for sale in Zionsville has gradually declined, which is a good thing in the current market.
