How to refine your results:

Why no results?
This can happen when too many filters (criteria) are applied to a search, when there are no listings in a particular area, or when there are no listings within a particular price range.

Remove SOME drop-down criteria:
Sometimes, resetting OR changing just a single drop-down filter can improve your chances of finding more listings. In this example, we can reset the "Bedrooms" filter OR choose a different number of bedrooms. (Hint: there will likely be more listings with 2+ bedrooms than 5+ bedrooms.)

Remove ALL Drop-Down Criteria:
Sometimes it's quicker or easier to start over fresh, like when we have several filters selected.

Add advanced (checkbox ) filters:
Finding homes that meet the most basic criteria is fine, but what about more specific features? We've got you covered!

How to remove SOME advanced checkbox filters:
As is the case with the drop-down menu options (above), removing just a single filter can improve your chances of finding more listings. For example: You're probably more likely to find basements with 9-foot ceilings OR finished basements, but not BOTH in the same house--i.e., finished basements WITH 9-foot ceilings. It is possible, but less common. Unchecking just one of these could yield better results.
