In
the "Curious Encounters" program participants can take an
up-close and personal look at the items found in the museum.
In "Soda Fountain Science," learn the history and science
behind pop, including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Rootbeer.
The "Truth in Advertising" program teaches advertising
techniques that were used in the past, such as how people
were convinced to purchase medicines that claimed to cure
everything, but had little effect on ailments. The
"Guided Tour" takes participants through the museum that
displays the tools, medicines, and cabinetry from the 1890's
era pharmacy - there is an ice cream treat at the end of
each tour.
