Experienced Agents
Option 1
- You keep 100% of the commission minus $445 per transaction side for the first 12 transactions you complete each year. After that, it is only $50 per transaction for the remainder of the year. This is a great program for agents that close less than 12 transactions per year.
Commission Example For Sale 1 - 12: If the company receives a $5,000 commission you receive $4,555 and the company receives $445.
Commission Example For Sale 13 or more: If the company receives a $5,000 commission, you receive $4,950 and the company receives $50.
- The affiliation fee is only $49 per month and includes Errors and Omissions Insurance, showings set for your listings by www.showings.com or equivalent 7 days per week, management assistance for problems and questions and full time office staff.
- You must have completed five transactions at any real estate company in central Indiana.
- Free signs for all of your listings in the first ten days with the company.
Option 2
- You receive 100% of the commission. The monthly fee is $350 including E&O insurance, showings.com or equivelant and office affiliation. A $50 pricessing fee is charged for each transaction side closed.
- You must have completed five transactions at any real estate company in central Indiana.
- Free signs for all of your listings in the first ten days with the company.
New Real Estate Agents
- You receive 50% of the commission for the first 5 transactions..
- After you have completed 5 transactions, you will be eligible to move to the one of the experienced agent programs and receive 100% of the commission.
