The Circle of Lights begins the day after Thanksgiving and the decorations stay up until the following year. Millions of visitors flock to take in the sparkling warmth of the event and the great city that hosts it every year. The festivities are televised, so that all everyone can be a part of it, drawing the community closer together in much more than a symbolic manner.

The Circle of Lights is a favorite among the many great Indianapolis events and is put on by the Electrical Workers of the IBEW481 union and the Contractors of Quality Connection, whose motto is “proud to better our skyline.” Indeed, the Circle City possesses a downtown neighborhood that is not only lively, but beautiful.
