The Great Hall provides visitors a first impression not to be forgotten. This massive room displays banners of the 88 NCAA national championships. A video display shown beneath a hanging scoreboard provides an inside view of 14 NCAA sports through the “Look Up to the Champions” presentation. Three separate theaters offer a unique perspective into the student athlete experience. The Champions Theater uses the theme of what it takes to be a champion in the world of collegiate sports and gives the answer through a presentation of the lives of several student athletes. The March Madness Theater puts visitors in the midst of men’s and women’s March Madness basketball tournament. The Locker Room Theater depicts the life of collegiate athletics through the perspectives of several championship winning coaches and several real-life student athletes. Only in the NCAA Hall of Champions can you get a front row view of college basketball in Indianapolis and around the nation.
