The Talbot Street Art Fair is a hugely popular Indianapolis event occurring over one weekend in the middle of June every year. This community tribute to creativity draws thousands of visitors, locally and from nearby suburbs such as Brownsburg, Plainfield, Mooresville, Greenwood and Avon.
